Michelle King provides counselling for children, adolescents, adults, and families in a warm, non-judgmental space. Together, we work toward healthier communication, stronger self-confidence, and practical coping tools for everyday life challenges.

I’m a helper at heart and provide counselling to children, adolescents, adults, and families. My aim is to create a nurturing and educational environment where personal growth is encouraged and each client feels comfortable sharing their experiences, thoughts, fears, and ideas.
A calm, supportive process - built around you, your story, and what you need most right now.
Every person (and every family) arrives with a different set of challenges. This approach creates a safe space to talk, understand what’s going on beneath the surface, and move forward with practical tools—at a pace that feels comfortable.

Sessions are grounded in psychological training and focused on achievable, real-world steps—so progress feels tangible, not vague.

Where relevant, we consider the child or individual within their wider context—home, school, relationships, and life transitions.

Each person’s story is different. Sessions are tailored to your needs, pace, and goals - without pressure or shame.
Whether you’re navigating stress, grief, divorce-related challenges, bullying, anger, or self-esteem struggles, you don’t have to do it alone.
Counselling can help you (or your child) understand emotions, strengthen resilience, and respond with healthier coping strategies.

Play-based and counselling techniques to support emotional, behavioural, and social challenges—helping children express feelings and build problem-solving skills.

A safe, respectful space for teens to work through emotional difficulties, grief, stress, relationship issues, bullying, and self-esteem

Support for stress, feeling overwhelmed, grief, anger, divorce-related challenges, and self-esteem—so you can move forward with clarity and healthier coping tools.
